Welcome to the Ombudsman Metropolitan Amsterdam.

 

The Ombudsman is an independent institution that ensures that the municipality deals properly with its citizens. Residents and entrepreneurs can complain to the Ombudsman if they feel that the municipality is not treating them properly. The Ombudsman Metropolitan Amsterdam investigates complaints about the municipalities of Amsterdam, Almere, Amstelveen, Zaanstad, Diemen, Waterland, Landsmeer and Ouder-Amstel.
